Determined to expand his knowledge and expertise, Simon secured a position at a consulting company that specialized in power plant and data center site selection, as well as the energy side of real estate. This role provided him with invaluable experience and a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in these specialized sectors. However, Simon’s entrepreneurial spirit and desire for greater challenges led him to pursue his own venture.
Driven by his passion and extensive experience, Simon founded SRB Property Investments, brokered by eXp Commercial. This endeavor allowed him to combine his love for real estate with his dedication to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to his clients. Not only has he received tons of on-the-job training over the years, but he has also pursued extensive education and coursework. Simon holds the MiCP (Master in Commercial Property) designation, which he earned from the prestigious Lipsey School of Real Estate. This is a world-renowned course that provides in-depth knowledge and expertise in commercial property.
In addition to his MiCP designation, Simon has a certification from The Walton School of Auctioneering. Although he is not currently an auctioneer, he possesses all the required training to take the Ohio exam, which he plans to do in the near future. His commitment to continuous learning doesn’t stop there. Simon has also completed numerous courses offered by eXp Commercial, including the Commercial Academy Course, Business Brokerage and specialized software training.
